Крайне годное чтиво, имхо. В процессе чтения понял, что многие методики так или иначе использую и использовал до этого. В частности прищурив глаз, можно найти очень похожее на ДТР и другие атрибуты ТОС. По сути сей труд есть систематизация бессистемного подхода к наклеиванию бумажек на стенки.

В двух словах:

  • есть целый ряд методик для облегчения выполнения разных операций с проблемами. Сбор данных (Афиша), приоритезация (перестановка), выделение частного или декомпозиция (восходящее и нисходящее деревья), поиск взаимосвязей (информационная карта) и построение последовательности шагов (Карта действий)
  • каждая методика отлично решает свою задачу и, в том числе, готовит данные для передачи в другую методику
  • методики можно смело комбинировать для получения ещё большего профита
  • можно взять одну методику, а можно взять все оптом
  • годный справочник по методикам. Шаг за шагом.
  • пора бежать в Комус за стикерами:)
