Очень часто беда кроется не в твоей песочнице, а на границе твоей песочницы и чьей-то ещё. Например, на стыке отдела разработки и отдела эксплуатации, или на стыке с продуктовым отделом. Понять, что твои дела идут не так, как нужно не по вине твоего отделаа крайне непросто. Это вынужает тебя погружаться в куда большие объёмы информации, но, поверь мне, оно того стоит.

Был опыт, когда в результате глубоких исследований стало понятно, что плохо всё, потому что ТЗ или потому что аджайл. Ковыряйся везде, не только в своей песочнице — это гарантированно окупится. Получишь авторитет, знания и спасёшь мир:)
